Tell us what's slipping.
The first conversation is thirty minutes and costs nothing. You will get a straight read on whether this is work we can help with — including, often, that it isn't.
Reach us
Email is best. We answer within one business day.
What to put in the first message
None of this is required — a sentence and a calendar link is fine. But if you include it, the first call gets to something useful much faster.
- What is slipping, and by how much. The current date, the original date, and how many times it has moved.
- Roughly how big. People on the program, budget order of magnitude, and whether a vendor or SI is involved.
- Who is asking. Sponsor, delivery lead, PMO, or someone who has inherited the problem sideways.
- What has already been tried. Especially any prior review — we would rather build on it than repeat it.
- What "fixed" looks like. A date, a scope, a board meeting, an audit finding closed.
On confidentiality. Anything you share in a first conversation is treated as confidential, whether or not an NDA is in place. We are happy to sign yours before we talk if that is simpler.
What happens next
Thirty minutes
A call to understand the situation and tell you honestly whether we are the right answer. No deck, no discovery workshop.
A short proposal
If it looks like a fit, you get a one-to-two page scope with a fixed fee or rate, a start date, and a defined end state. Usually within three business days.
Start
Most engagements begin with the three-week assessment. We can typically start within two to four weeks, subject to capacity.
